Simon Russell has been composing soundtracks for over twenty years. In 2014 he won an Emmy for his score to the acclaimed documentary film Pussy Riot: A Punk Prayer. Simon has scored numerous award-winning productions including Havana Marking’s Afghan Star (Sundance Award) and Waldemar Januszczak’s Baroque: From St Peter’s to St Paul’s (RTS Award).
